Caroline Mills

Caroline Mills is a scholar-cyclist from South Carolina. Having worked in both public and academic libraries since 1983 she recently completed her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Clemson University. Her research interests include academic integrity, gender and leadership style, and assessment of student services in higher education. Caroline is also an avid cyclist riding for The Greenville Women's Cycling Team. The picture to the left shows Caroline celebrating after winning the silver medal for women’s cat 4 racing at the S.C. State Championship in 2007. In addition to her other talents Caroline has a sense of humor, has climbed Mount Rainier, has completed the Assault on Mount Mitchell and can bake a very tasty pound cake.
