My family and I spent a week in Nova Scotia. The
photo above was taken in the Bay
of Fundy where the highest tides in the world occur.
Molly, my stepdaughter and I went splashing around during low
tide one evening. Tennycape, a tiny town on the bay was our
home base. From there we made day trips to Halifax, Lunenberg,
Mahone Bay, Blue Rocks, Annapolis Royal and Wolfville. Parts of Nova
Scotia reminded us of rural Ireland-- the beautiful green landscapes,
the rustic roadways and lack of signage.
I love to travel – to experience new places and meet new people.
