Handyman

Handyman (han.di.man) n. 1. One
who performs a routine household task
with skill and dexterity: The handyman,
an elderly gentleman without a stain
on his overalls, was painting the railing
when he noticed a bubble under the old coat.
He pulled a straight pin out of his pocket,
and popped it; loosened the flakes with
his finger, and sanded the surface so that
when he spread a fresh coat of paint
on the railing, the stroke of the brush
was smooth, lustrous and flawless.
