Phebe Davidson
Phebe Davidson lives in Westminster, South Carolina, with her husband Steve and their cat Fripp. She is currently retired from a long and distinguished career as a high school English teacher and later a professor at University of South Carolina-Aiken with a doctorate in American literature from Rutgers. While at USC, she founded the Oswald Review, currently the only national journal devoted to undergraduate criticism and research in the discipline of English. She is also a founding editor of Palanquin Press and the author of seventeen published poetry collections. Her works have been featured in many poetry reviews and literary magazines, among them Tar River Poetry, the Southern Review, Atlanta Review, Asheville Poetry Review, Kenyon Review, and Journal of New Jersey Poetry.
