Finding Children's Books
There are over 10,000 children's books located in the library's Juvenile Collection, which is housed in the Education Curriculum Center on the lower level. If you have a particular book or author in mind use Alcuin, the library catalog, to find the call number of your book. If you would like to see what children's books the library has on a particular subject, you can do a keyword search in Alcuin, then click on Sort/Limit, and in the "Where" box select "Juvenile." To find out about children's books more generally, use some of the children's literature Reference Resources listed above.

Education Abstracts / Full Text Indexes 400 core journals and magazines in education; includes the full text of about 100.
ERIC Indexes over 800 education journals from around the world. Also indexes over 450,000 ERIC documents, which are available on microfiche in the Library. Includes the full text of several hundred review articles called ERIC Digests.
