Stormwater Management: Rate and Quantity

The original developed building site was just under 50% net imperviousness. No net increase in runoff was realized through 100% collection of roof rainwater from the building addition for site irrigation, replacing steep turf with tiered or average slope vegetation, and the elimination of a gravel parking lot.
