Accommodations

Rooms have been reserved at the Sleep Inn five minutes from Furman University.  Shuttle service will be arranged for those who need a ride to campus.   Conference attenders wishing to reserve rooms should contact the hotel directly by October 1, 2001 and tell them that you are with the Southeast Music Library Association ("SMLA" to the hotel) so you can receive the conference rate.  Twenty-nine doubles (up to 4-5 people) and nine singles (up to 2-3 people) are being held.   Conference rates are $69 for a double and $65 for a single.  There is a $10 charge for a rollaway bed.  The hotel requires a 24 hour cancellation notice, and the rooms may not be available if you contact them after October 1.
